In the 21st century, people expect and demand transparency. While customers have an expectation to find all the information they need online, some companies still refuse to be transparent in their pricing and customer expectations.

Our basic philosophy is that time the more time you waste on something, the more money you lose. When you are researching a DMS and cannot find the information you need, you are throwing away valuable time and money that can be better spent improving your business. That is why we try to be as transparent as possible so while you consider EverLogic, you have all the information you need available to you.

No Contracts

Most DMS companies require contracts with their customers in order to ensure guaranteed loyalty for a certain period of time. That means, if you are unsatisfied with the software after one year, you are bound to use it for at least two or three more years. And if you do want to get out of your contract, you can expect to pay a hefty buyout fee.

EverLogic never requires dealerships to sign a contract. If you are unsatisfied, you will never have to pay a buyout fee. We know how big of a decision changing your dealership's DMS is, and we want to minimize the risk you have to take. We also do not want you to experience buyer's remorse with EverLogic.

Ultimately, having no long-term contracts means dealerships save time, money and stress, which is what EverLogic is all about in the first place.

Transparent Pricing

Transparency is a big deal at EverLogic. We understand how frustrating it is to look for the price of a DMS only to discover that it is not listed. Other companies that may list their price have asterisks that explain confusing "if, thens" when it comes to their price.

When you are researching a DMS, price is likely at or near the top of your list of considerations. That is what we tell you up front what you will pay before you ever contact us.

Currently, our price is $129 per desktop license per month and $39 per mobile license per month. We also charge a $4,999 implementation fee. Those numbers will never differ based on how many licenses you purchase, what your dealership sells or how big or small your dealership is. 

EverLogic believes all of our customers should be treated fairly, so we do not offer any discounts to buy our product. We also do not offer any extra benefits to our customers. However, our robust integration with QuickBooks is a unique feature with EverLogic that you cannot receive anywhere else. The time saved by not having to enter the same accounting data twice will save you tens of thousands of dollars.

No Hidden Fees

There are few things that drive a wedge faster between a company and its customers than charging hidden fees. That is why we promise no hidden fees will ever be charged to our customers.

There are four, and only four, fees we charge our customers:

  • $129 per desktop license (3 license minimum)
  • $39 per mobile license
  • $4,999 implementation fee
  • $250 per document upload (state-required documents are free) 

You do not have to worry about paying any money for customer support or training. You will also never be charged a cancellation fee should you choose to leave EverLogic.
