It's OK to have concerns
At EverLogic, several hundred dealership staff use our software to manage their workflows. They do this on an hourly and daily basis. We often hear, “I wish we would have found EverLogic sooner!” However, we also hear from some of our prospects who are interested in using our software but say now isn’t the right time.
There is a period of time between these two extremes in which you should consider getting dealership software.
Here are some of the other responses we often get from our prospects.
- “I am just too busy right now.”
- “Our staff don’t like using computers.”
- “We don’t have the inventory right now.”
All of these are certainly valid concerns. However, privately, some owners may fear change or making a big investment into something they don't feel wholly comfortable using. These are two perfectly reasonable reservations.

However, as your dealership grows, you need something efficient that can support, not hinder that growth. In other words, if your list of customers, parts and vehicles expands, using Excel, Google sheets or pen-and-paper simply becomes inefficient. It costs you time, information is lost and the consistency starts to decrease. Ultimately, you may start to lose money through disorganization and inefficiency.

This is the time you should consider getting dealership management software. Take the time to research and be patient with it. Also, take advantage of any resource that can help you.
What you should be researching
When your business succeeds, we succeed too. When we say the customer comes first, we truly mean it. We want to be your number-one support system for dealership software.
First, you must consider the following question: Does your dealership need software to manage customers, inventory and taxes? If so, the solution is an efficient dealership management software. Our software is able to support each part of your dealership including sales, service, parts and accounting.
Financial Commitment
You should also consider the financial investment of acquiring dealership software. For most dealership management software companies, EverLogic included, you pay by the license. Those licenses can range from about $100 to several hundred dollars per license per month.
During your research, you might find that you will have to pay more for different versions of a DMS, depending on your dealership's needs. Others might charge for things like customer support.
We feel it is best for our customers to have an upfront pricing model. We have only two products we sell. First is our EverLogic Core Desktop, the main EverLogic software, which costs $129 per license per month. We also have EverLogic Mobile, a limited version of EverLogic that you can use on the go, for $39 per license per month. The only other price we charge is $3,999 for implementation.
EverLogic does not charge for customer support, software updates or adding new locations.
