Having a variety of integrations is an important service for any dealership management software. EverLogic is no exception. In fact, our very foundation is that a dealership system with integrations with business-standard partners is better than an all-in-one software that may not be as functional. Our integrations help with accounting, credit card payments, loans, and dealership hardware.

We have several different integrations available for you that work together to make your job easier and more efficient.

QuickBooks

Our first and perhaps most important integration is with QuickBooks. It is, after all, the reason why EverLogic was established back in 2003. Since then, our relationship with QuickBooks has grown, developing the best accounting software on the market today.

EverLogic very purposefully has never developed an on-platform accounting system because we believe that integrating with QuickBooks provides accessibility, eases the transition for our new customers, and gives our customers much greater flexibility. We work with all versions of QuickBooks, so there is no need to change what you use to join us.

EverLogic allows you to quickly and easily send all your sales, purchases, and other business activities straight to QuickBooks without having to enter the same information in both EverLogic and QuickBooks. Basically, when you do your end-of-days, you just send that information straight from EverLogic to QuickBooks. All you need to do is double-check to ensure everything is correct and then enjoy the rest of your day!

Global Payments

Global Payments is the company we use to process all of our credit card transactions. Like all our integrations, they do require a separate subscription. However, the company is becoming a standard across many industries and their fees are truly reasonable.

With Global Payments, you can either use a card reader that will automatically load the credit/debit card information into EverLogic. You can manually input the necessary information into EverLogic yourself.

Global Payments offer a variety of other services you can use that don't directly involve EverLogic but can still help your business as well.

Kenect

More and more, texting is becoming a preferred communication method for customers. However, having to have a huge contact list on your phone is not only inconvenient, but it's also inefficient. That's why EverLogic has an integration with Kenect.

Kenect is a service that allows dealerships to text their customers directly through software like EverLogic. You can send text alerts reminding customers about upcoming services on their vehicle or text prospects about sales. You can also just check in with a prospect or customer.

Another neat feature is that Kenect can integrate with your website. So, when you get a form submission on your website, you receive the information on the form on EverLogic.

AppOne

Another EverLogic partner is AppOne which will help you find lenders.

The software streamlines the lending process for dealerships, connecting customers with lenders. AppOne allows users to receive only credit applications that meet your minimum requirements. It also "delivers the correct lender-and-state-specific document package for each loan."

By using AppOne, you can receive prompt credit decisions instead of keeping your customer waiting. Ultimately, you can save your dealership hours of time so you can focus on the paperwork necessary to close your deal.

AppOne is designed specifically for RV, marine, powersports, and commercial vehicle dealerships. To learn more about AppOne, follow this link.

Printers, card readers and other equipment

EverLogic dealership management software allows you to take credit cards, print your own barcodes, and many other processes that require certain equipment.

For credit cards, EverLogic supports two card readers used for Global Payments. Those models are MX-915 and MX-925. You can find both devices for under $700.
